Rev. Jay Ramada : Brother in Christ doing God's work for the children and the poor in the Islands of the Philippines.
I wanted everyone to know of another faithful Brother in Christ who I have come to know over the last month. We belong to the same Ministry Fellowship and I got to know Rev. Jay through our prayer ministry. There was a member of his church who was seized by leftist rebels and held against his will. We immediately began a 24 hours prayer vigil for this person and we are happy to report that he was released unharmed. Thankful to God and the rebels who held him, we have been celebrating his return to his family.
Rev. Jay I have come to know is doing a very similiar ministry to me, albeit, in a even more dangerous part of the Philippines. i have come to love my brother in Christ, and I will find a way for us to minister together one day (in God's timing and will). In his words,
"I am excited to connect with you in building God's Kingdom for His glory and honor.
Me and my family doing ministry works here in the Southern Philippines islands to the poorest among the poor and less fortunate children. Our ministry here are independent and body ministry. I am excited to hear more from you and know each other" Rev. Jay Ramada
Rev. Jay, I pray I will see you soon, and God says it better than I could ever say through these two faithful passages out of Romans:
Romans 1:9-11 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I mention you always in my prayers, asking that somehow by God’s will I may now at last succeed in coming to you. For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you
Romans 8:28-29 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
